At Pinellas Computers, we are constantly pushing forward to evolve cutting-edge technology systems, especially centered around communication platforms, and systems of record. We are thrilled to announce our newest AI phone integration - with our internal support ticketing systems (Impact & Command).

We have expanded our existing Digital Receptionist (IVR) by Twilio, to now provide instant status updates of “Wait Time”, with support for each office location. This AI provides our [average hours to diagnosed] and [total work order count].

This historically is one of our most popular questions voiced by phone, and has major purpose when considering queue wait times, and appointments for drop-off. Now, just say “Wait Times” or choose the keypad option on our newest phone system menus.

This has been added as a priority option on our known clients menu option 3, and on the main menu as option 6. We presently support inquiring the status of the following locations: Clearwater, Largo, Tyrone, and Enterprise.
