If or when you provide your personal information to Pinellas Computers, you consent to the information practices described in this policy.
As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address or e-mail address, is automatically collected from visitors to this website. Personally identifiable information about visitors to our website is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. WE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY NON-PUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WITH ANYONE FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED BY LAW.

Pinellas Computers (“PC,” “we” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about visitors to our site and takes all reasonable steps to protect all data and information supplied to pinellascomputers.com. PC protects your privacy in a variety of ways including using industry accepted security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. While PC is able to protect personal information that is provided during the course of business, we cannot take responsibility for data loss on the products or systems serviced. You must remove or back up this information to safeguard it.
Data Collection
We may collect certain non-personal information to optimize our web pages for your computer (i.e., the identity of your Internet browser, the type of operating system you use, your IP address and the domain name of your Internet service provider). We may use such non-personal information for internal purposes, including but not limited to improving the content of our sites or tracking aggregate traffic patterns throughout this website.
PC does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. PC will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from children under the age of 13. Such information is not correlated with any personal information.

Payment Processing
When you provide bank checking account details (e-check) as a stored payment, you authorize us either to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as an ACH transaction on a recurring basis. When we use this information to make an electronic transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day.
By submitting ACH information with our E-check authorization form, you grant permission to Pinellas Computers LLC, or its designated assignee, to initiate ACH transfer entries and to credit and/or debit the account identified herein for fees relating invoices. This authorization shall remain in effect until written notification from Customer that this authorization has been terminated, in such time and manner to allow Pinellas Computers LLC to act.
Returns Policy
CLIENT may return a DEVICE within 14 calendar days of the date paid, provided it is in its original condition, packaging, and operating state. Returns will incur a restocking fee of 20% or a minimum variable amount, whichever is greater, to cover depreciation, refurbishing, OEM restocking fees, and/or return shipping. Minimum restocking fees are as follows:
Refurbished laptops & OEM desktops/laptops – $60 minimum
Custom-built desktops – $120 minimum
Stocked parts – $10 minimum
Special-ordered parts – $20 minimum
Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Any DEVICE that has been physically damaged, tampered with, or modified is not eligible for return. CLIENT is responsible for ensuring proper handling and care of the DEVICE while in possession. PC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Refundable Items: Labor services performed, including hardware installations, software setups, and troubleshooting, are non-refundable once completed. Software purchases (including operating systems, antivirus, and productivity suites) cannot be returned, deactivated, or resold. If CLIENT returns a DEVICE for a refund, they may be required to forfeit installed software costs.
Shipping Terms
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier but generally range from 3-7 business days for standard shipments. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
Local pickup is available at designated PC locations. CLIENT will be notified when their order is ready. Orders not claimed within 7 days may be canceled or subject to a restocking fee..
Once an order is shipped, PC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damages during transit. In such cases, CLIENT must file claims directly with the shipping carrier. PC will provide assistance in tracking shipments but does not guarantee resolution for issues caused by third-party carriers.
CLIENT is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Any incorrect shipping details resulting in a failed or misrouted delivery may require additional shipping fees for reprocessing.
