Consultation:

Looking for a one-of-a-kind Masterpiece (PC)? Our IT Experts can review your specific software and hardware criteria, and construct a workable budget as part of a preliminary consultation. We then prepare a complete part list (you pay the cost we pay) for review and approval.

Approval:

Once approved, we take a 30% deposit towards the build, and order/receive special order parts. Most parts ship from GA, TN or NY and arrive in 2-3 business days. If any parts arrive defective or damaged, we offer advanced RMA replacement (new parts sent before old parts returned).

Construction:

With all parts in hand, our Tech Experts processionally assemble and tune your Custom Rig! We use Arctic Silver thermal compound, and properly cable manage peripheral wires for optimal cooling. We also install the latest Windows 10 w/ COA label, and configure all device drivers & system updates.
