Service Overview:

Some problems (hardware/device repairs) can’t be solved on-site, and otherwise require tools & resources from one of our local repair shops. For these cases, we offer a minimum pickup / drop-off service to collect and re-configure your device. This service also covers on-site service appointments residing outside our normal radius (9mi from closest location).

• One-way trip to or from client home or office.

• Basic disconnect/reconnect of a device.

• Extends our on-site service area up to 20mi.

Inclusively, onsite appointments include nominal time/fuel expenses, which are lost to travel to and from. This surcharge is sometimes necessary as we are dispatching dedicated resources. Even if they are “only driving”, they are Skilled Tradespeople and are being compensated for their dedicated time.
