Service Overview:

We’ll provide you with an experienced, dedicated IT Expert to work 1-on-1 with you; at a place and time of your choosing. We can relocate and setup devices, configure software, or provide basic instruction/training for email applications, web browsers, internet services, and more.

Service Features:

• Convenient when you don’t want to unplug and need to setup again.

• Great for private (or group) instruction; from email, internet and more.

• Ideal when you have multiple devices or computers you’d like help with.

• This service is billed in 15 minute intervals, with a 1 hour minimum.

• Includes fuel & travel time (up to 9 miles) to your home/office address.

This is for residential and consumer service calls only. We dispatch from 4 locations in Pinellas County, and can travel up to 9 miles included with service. This is an alternative to our services we can otherwise deliver for a flat-rate.
