Consultation:

Looking for a one-of-a-kind Masterpiece (PC)? Our IT Experts review your specific software and hardware criteria, and work with you to construct a target build and budget - based on specific use requirements. We then prepare a complete part list (you pay cost) for review and approval.

Agreement:

Once approved, we take a 25-33% deposit towards the build, and order/receive special order parts. Most parts ship from the South East (GA, TN or NY) and arrive in 2-3 business days. If any parts arrive defective or damaged, we offer advanced RMA replacement (new parts sent before old parts returned).

Construction:

With all parts in hand, our Tech Experts processionally assemble and tune your Custom Rig! We use Arctic Silver thermal compound, and properly cable manage peripheral wires for optimal cooling. We also install the latest Windows OS, and configure all device drivers & system updates.

Delivery:

You will receive no less than a masterpiece of creativity and performance machinery. A human-crafted work of art. This includes a Birth Certificate of Creation; with declared Machine naming and Technologist signature. We are Tech Craftspeople, We Know IT - This is the Way.
