* Basic/immediate issues resolvable simply by [performing the evaluation service] will be considered “Fixed by proxy” of performing the Evaluation; and would not be invoiced/estimated.

* Despite the outcome of report findings and professional recommendations - Evaluations are pre-approved orders of testing and reporting; not (necessarily) curing or remedying issues quoted.
