Service Overview:

We’ll happily complete most Custom Tech Support / Repair Projects fit for an IT Expert; from Advanced Software Configurations, to Rebuilding or Reconstructing Device hardware. Like other professional service providers, our Tech Experts are paid for their experienced eyes/hands/attention - considered Dedicated Time.

Included Details:

• Dedicated Technology Expert assigned to your project.

• On-Demand tasks billed in 15-min increments; half hour minimum.

• A minimum payment of $75 is required to be paid, at check-in.

• Includes distraction-tax for [Watching & Waiting] at/in our Facility.

Services Outside Scope are named as such for a reason. We offer more than 100 professionally recommended services, products and solutions. SOS projects usually classify as “legacy hardware” or “discontinued software”; both which we NEVER recommend trying to make work. While our Expert Tech Services are guaranteed to be delivered properly and completely, we cannot promise an optimal outcome due to unknown variables (unsupported/outdated software, unique/propriety hardware, etc). This service is available for obligatory IT Shop reasons; please don’t make us do it.
