2-year Extended ‘Limited + Upgraded’ warranty plan provides coverage beyond our included Service Guarantee, and is available for nearly all Windows PCs and Apple Macs we sell.

Our warranty service covers the primary failures we see most, including costs of replacement hardware like Solid State Drives (SSDs), Hard Drives (HDDs), and Internal (CPU/GPU) Cooling Fans. We also include our Data Backup/Migration service, and a fresh Operating System Reinstall service if a drive replacement is necessary!

Service Details:

• COVERED: SSD Drive, CPU Fan, DATA Migration, OS Reinstall.

• EXCLUDED: Non-HW Related Services, Support & Software.

• EXCLUDED: Damaged Hardware, Neglect/Misuse, Acts of God.

• BILLING: $0 Deductible, Renews Annually Automatically.

• UPGRADE: Select New, Open Box, Refurbished & Recertified devices.

Our in-house warranty service covers select hardware/parts, relevant replacement labor, and listed software+data related services. Warranty cost is based on the purchase price of the device being covered. Standard SLA times apply. Warranty service must be purchased within 7 days of device purchase.
