We’ll happily complete most Tech Support/Repair projects fit for an IT Expert; from installing an LCD screen, to reinstalling an OS, and beyond. We highly recommend customers consider our low-cost, peace-of-mind Evaluation service, vs Pre-Approved service (which do not include a service outcome guarantee).

Included Details:

• All pre-approved services must be paid for in advance.

• Any hardware/parts must be provided by the customer, at check-in.

• Pre-approved services are billable per delivery instance (if multiple).

• No hardware testing or diagnostic results will be provided.

While our Expert Tech Services are guaranteed to be delivered properly and completely, we cannot promise an optimal outcome due to unknown variables (unknown underlying system health, parts provided by customer, etc). If you are not 100% certain of your device’s health/specs/performance and desired outcome, we do NOT recommend opting for this service.
