A Technology Expert will Connect to your Computer using secure Remote Support software, and will provide Dedicated time and assistance. Event visits are reserved in 2-3 hour time blocks, and are scheduled 48-hours in advance

• Scheduled Dedicated Time with IT Expert

• Secure Remote Online Connect Invite

• Minimum 30-minutes Billable Project

• Time is billed per 15-minutes thereafter

Like other skilled trades, our IT Experts are compensated for our dedicated time and knowledge. This service is billed when no other flat-rate service is available.
